In preparation for Israel’s 75th’s anniversary on Yom Ha’atzmaut (Independence Day), the Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish Organizations (COP) and the American Zionist Movement (AZM) are jointly leading the National Coordinating Council for Israel at 75 regarding celebrations in the United States.
The Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish Organizations (COP) is the recognized central coordinating body representing 53 diverse national Jewish organizations on issues of national and international concern.
The American Zionist Movement (AZM) is comprised of 41 national Jewish Zionist organizations and works across a broad ideological, political and religious spectrum linking the American Jewish community together in support of Israel, Zionism and the Jewish people. AZM is the U.S. Zionist Federation in the World Zionist Organization.
